What accounting services do you provide from your Hyderabad office
We offer end to end accounting services including day to day bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, bank reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable tracking, monthly and quarterly management information reports, finalisation of accounts, and preparation of financial statements. Do you support cloud accounting platforms
Yes. We work comfortably in Tally Prime, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero, and other cloud accounting platforms. We can also migrate existing books from one platform to another with careful opening balance reconciliation.
How frequently will I receive management reports
Our standard engagement includes monthly profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow summaries, along with accounts receivable and accounts payable ageing schedules. Reporting cadence can be customised to weekly, fortnightly, or quarterly based on the business need.

What is the difference between bookkeeping and accounting
Bookkeeping is the disciplined recording of day to day transactions into the books of account. Accounting is the broader function that includes finalisation, adjustments, analysis, compliance, and reporting built on top of accurate bookkeeping. How do you handle bookkeeping for multi location businesses
We handle multi location and multi state bookkeeping by establishing consistent chart of accounts, location tagging, and branch wise reporting in your accounting system. Consolidation is done in the books and separately for GST purposes.
GST Registration and Filing
Who needs GST registration in India
GST registration is mandatory for most businesses with an aggregate annual turnover above the applicable threshold, for interstate suppliers of goods, for e commerce operators, for businesses liable under reverse charge, and for certain other specified categories. How long does a new GST registration take
A clean, well documented application is typically processed within 7 to 15 working days. Delays most often occur when documents are inconsistent, the address proof is not accepted, or the officer raises a clarification. We prepare the application carefully to minimise back and forth.
Do you handle GSTR 1, GSTR 3B, and GSTR 9
Yes. We handle monthly GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B filings, quarterly returns where the client is eligible under the QRMP scheme, annual GSTR 9, and GSTR 9C reconciliation where applicable. We also handle GSTR 2B reconciliation with the purchase register.

Payroll
What does your payroll service include
Our payroll service covers monthly salary processing, PF, ESI, professional tax, labour welfare fund, income tax TDS on salary, Form 16 preparation at year end, full and final settlements, and reimbursements processing. How do you handle confidentiality of salary data
Salary data is handled only by authorised team members, kept on secure systems, and never shared outside the agreed communication channels. Internal controls and access protocols are in place to protect this information.

Do you support statutory audits

Do you work with clients outside Hyderabad
Yes. While our office is based in Hyderabad, our compliance infrastructure supports clients across India including multi state GST, interstate TDS, and ROC matters at any Registrar of Companies. Most client communication is handled remotely.
