Month-by-Month Breakdown
Month 1 — Foundation: Bookkeeping and Tally
You learn how to record transactions, maintain ledgers, and operate Tally ERP. By the end of Week 4, you can generate a trial balance and P&L statement from raw entries.
Month 2 — GST Basics and GSTR-1
GST registration, invoice formats, HSN/SAC codes, and filing GSTR-1 for real clients. You understand when different GST rates apply and how to reconcile purchase registers.
Month 3 — GSTR-3B, ITC and GST Reconciliation
You file GSTR-3B, calculate net GST payable, claim input tax credit and reconcile GSTR-2A/2B with purchase data. This is where most freshers get stuck — you will not be one of them.
Month 4 — TDS and Income Tax Basics
TDS deduction rules, Section 194C/194J/192, filing Form 24Q and 26Q, generating Form 16 and 16A. You also learn how to read Form 26AS and AIS for ITR preparation.
Month 5 — ITR Filing (Salaried and Business)
You prepare and file ITR-1 for salaried clients and ITR-4 for small businesses. You calculate 80C, HRA, LTA and standard deductions. Real clients, real tax savings.
Month 6 — Payroll, PF, ESI and MIS Reports
Salary structuring, PF challan filing, ESI registration and compliance, professional tax, and monthly MIS report preparation for clients. You leave with a complete accounting skillset.
What Certificate Do You Receive?
On successful completion, Sunshine Accountancy issues a completion certificate specifying the modules covered: GST, ITR, TDS, bookkeeping, payroll and Tally. This certificate is accepted by accounting firms, finance departments and SMEs across Hyderabad as evidence of practical training.
